Chambering

salam...

hye everyone..here i come to update my blog..for today i want to story about my excitement to undergo my chambering period..someone will be wondering what exactly the meaning of chambering..am i rights?? ok for those who familiar with the law field..they will definitely know what is means by chambering..CHAMBERING is a period of 9 months that the fresh graduate of law student to undergo before becoming a qualified lawyer..so in order to be qualified lawyer by having a practice certificate, u must by hook or crook undergo chambering for 9 months..chambering also known as pupillage.

as my previous post mentioned about i went for interview session and i got the place for the chamber..few days ago..after i totally finished my study at UUM..i went to KL to attended the interviews..i got lots of interviews..lastly after short listed all the firm..then i decided to undergo my chamber at M/S Shukor Baljit & Partners (SB)..it's quite big firm and famous..here the website of M/S SHUKOR BALJIT & PARTNERS.

for the first, my aims is to undergo chamber at M/S Nik Saghir & Ismail..i got their offered but they wanted me to start the chamber after i get the transcript from UUM..its will take such a long time for transcript to be issue by UUM..may be around mid of July or early August..owh no..i couldn't be at home for such long time without doing nothing...then i was rejected their offered..

the total amount the firm that i had rejected is 4..may be my luck is at SB..i will start my chamber on 15 JUNE 2011..during interview, my boss told me to start early but i told him that i just finished my studies therefore i need a rest at home for a while..then he agreed with me..

all in all, i really excited to be a lawyer..after 9 months i will totally be a qualified lawyer...all my sacrificed for 4 years being a law student at UUm will be payable/ worth..really thankful for ALLAH ALMIGHTY for giving me this rezeki..i'll do my best during this period and prove that i can be a great and prudence lawyers..amin..with HIS bless..

finally, perjuangan sue selama 4 tahun menemui titik noktah nye jua pada hari ini 24hb Mei 2011...last paper tadi law of evidence 2..cam sedih lah plak nak tinggalkan UUM yang terchenta ini...

even UUM sering saje aku kutuk..sering je aku caci..tapi UUM tetap dihati..tempat kita tuntut ilmu mestilah kita kenangkan,,tempat jatuh lagi kita kenang..inikan tempat cari ilmu....

sue memang gembira sangat-sangat akhirnye sue berjaya jugak tamatkan ijazah undang-undang sue...yang pada mulanya sue tak suke kos nie..yang pada tahun 2007 sue dengan gagah berani pergi office nak tukar kos..tapi inilah hikmat nye...sudah memang tersurat yang sue akan jadi lawyer..bukan jadi cikgu..tak pelah mana-mana pon boleh...janji leh ade masa depan...kan?kan??

yang part sue xsuke adalah perpisahan dengan kawan-kawan yang telah susah senang bersama selama 4 tahun kat UUM..especially my bestie..DAYAH...babe..i gonna miss u!!i sayang u lebih tau..tak lupa gak kat kenkawan yang lain..MIMI, NITA, AMAL, SHA, Lin dan lain-lain..banyak sangat penat nak tulis sume...to my rumate,,thanks for be my rumate for whole 4 years..miss u ols..sayang korang ketat-ketat...<3

Suprise Birthday Party

salam n hye...

tik tok tik tok tik tok..jam berdetik menunjukkan masa semakin pantas berjalan tanpa sue sedari...pada 11 May 2011 tepat jam 12.00am sue dapat text from Mr.A wishing happy bezday...omaigod..baru sue tersedar dari lamunan yang sue sudah berumor 25 tahun..dah tua..owhhhhhhhh tidaaaaaakkkkkk...rasa macam baru semalam melihat keindahan dunia nie..tapi hakikatnye sue dah hidup selama 25 tahun dah di dunia indah Ciptaan ILLAHi ini..

my rumate, dayah n sha datang bilik nak wish hepy bezday kat sue..ni may be last bezday that we celebrate together...lepas ni masing-masing akan terpisah dan ade kehidupan masing-masing..zaman kegemilangan student life akan berakhir 25hb May 2011 ni..dah 4 tahun dah sue stay Kedah..segala kisah suka duka bersama kawan -kawan akan tersemat di kotak memori sue wat selamanye...dayah..sha..mimi..nita....n sume.sue sayang korang sume..sedihnye..nk berpisah dgn korg...waaaa..=(

ok  nak dijadikan cerita..pada 11 MAy 2011 sue ade exam final for Jurisprudence II..then kitaorg baget nk kuar tp tak jadi coz penat..semalaman study juris and sue just slept for 30 minutes..balik je exam mata dah xleh nak buka..so after getting my lunch..sue pon pergi melancong ke alam maya..lebih kurang 3 hours jgk lah g melancong hehee..

then..petang tue sue dapat msg dari dayah..dia ajak sue gi makan kebab kat SMe bank..sue memang tak jangka ape-ape pon coz biasalah lah lepas balik exam n setelah tido dgn secukupnye..bila bangun peyottt akan meminta-minta untuk diisi..

dekat kul 8.15pm..dayah datang bilik sue..kitaorg jalan sama-sama nak g kat Sme Bank...sue jalan lah dengan dayah..then nampak sha..sue cakap kat dayah sha nk gi beli makan...so dayah ajak sha gi sekali...then time sue dop pot pet pot pet dengan dayah..tetiba sue dengar SUPRISEEEEE!!!!!!arghhhhhhh....no!!!!sume tepung..air nila..air soflan disimbah kat sue...omaigod..basah sume badan...sue xleh nk escape coz diorg sume pegang sue..

rupenye-rupenye agenda gi beli kebab hanyalah lakonan semata-mata..coz they have hidden agenda...i'm so impressed n happy..tenkiu so much dear my besties....DAYAH,MIMI, NITA, SHA & AMAL for celebrated my bezday...really appreciate it...muchhhh..hug uols..

kenangan semalam 11 MAY 2011 @ 110511 akan tersemat dalam ingatan sue sampai sue mati...nilah kenangan terindah yang sue alami di UUM...korang...sayangggggg korang sangat.....KITA KAWAN SAMPAI MATI TAU!!!!..

My Study Week

salam..

wah lama sue tak update blog kan..bukan malas nak update but i got a lots asimen to do even my final exam just around the corner..seriously sem last ni memang challenging and chaos sikit..

ade ke patut??ish2 tak patut...hee..sepatutnye during stdy week..all the classes supposedly finish altogether..but i still have a class..my last class is tomorrow..in fact my first paper is this coming sunday..8th May 2011..oh My..

it seems that i dont enough time to prepare for my battle at the exam hall..hopefully everything is ok and luck is always on my side..what i means by luck here is what i read before exam will coming for my exam questions..hee..hopefully..amin..

this week..sue got 5 assignments to do and need to submit all of them by this week..impossible and not logic right??but that is the fact!! i got MOCK TRIAL last yesterday..its very awesome..i acted as defence counsel defending my client who was charge for committing the murder of MOPIKO..this name was created by my lecturer..MR Athimulam..he is very senior lawyer for criminal..respect of him coz he was handled lots of cases even the high profile cases..so the experience during the MOCK TRIAL will be my sweet moments of my life becoz once in my life i was acted as defence counsel for my client..i reality it will be impossible becoz i will not do criminal matters..juz doin conveyancing and civil matter only..

by hook or crook..i need to finish my revision for all subject..for your information..at right know is 5.00am and i still wake up doing my revision..just take a break for a few minutes to update my hilarious blog hee..

ok this is my timetable for final examination for 8 semester..the timetable quit systematic and have a enough gap between the papers compare to my 2 last semester..
